New Buc-ee’s Location in Texas Opening in Just Weeks

It really is the most wonderful time of the year here in Texas. It’s wonderful to see all the Christmas lights lit up as you drive around town, but there is more to celebrate. The newest Buc-ee's location in Texas will be opening very soon! 

Buc-ee's is Iconic in Texas 

If you’re not from Texas or haven’t had a chance to stop at a Buc-ee's you need to put this on your bucket list quick, fast, and in a hurry. While I do get annoyed with how much money my wife and I can spend at a convenience store, that quickly goes away as I devour all of the snacks and other goodies I picked out.  

Where is the New Buc-ee's in Texas? 

Construction crews have been working on the new Buc-ee's locations since October of 2023, and he massive 74,000 square-foot facility is almost open for customers. This new Buc-ee's will feature 108 fueling stations, 24 electric vehicle chargers, and is expected to bring about 200 jobs to Amarillo. 

The exact address is 9900 E. I-40, Amarillo, TX 79118. 

2 More Buc-ee's Locations in Texas in the Works 

There are so many locations around the Lone Star State that would love to have a Buc-ee's location but there are only two currently in the works. There is one in Boerne that was first announced in 2016, that one is very slow moving.  

Another one is expected to open in San Marcos. One thing is for sure, Texas cannot get enough of the clean bathrooms and Beaver Nuggets.
