Brian Wilson is offering Beach Boys fans a few more chances to bid farewell to Pet Sounds. He's extended dates for an ongoing 50th anniversary tour of that classic album into August, with 42 more shows set for North America, Europe and the U.K.
Ticket information can be found at BrianWilson.com. A complete list of cities, venues and dates is below.
“We are blown away by the reception of this tour," Wilson told Billboard. "It’s unbelievable how many people love this album. The audiences have been so fantastic and we are honored to play for them. We never expected this reaction, so we will continue to perform this album for people as long as they ask us to.”
Wilson says this tour marks the final time he will play Pet Sounds in its entirety; the album was originally released on May 16, 1966.
