(KNUE-FM) After working a long day in Texas most people want something delicious and hearty, something like a big juicy steak or possibly something covered in gravy. And while everyone loves a good artery clogging meal it’s always good to eat a salad every now and then too.

When you're on social media groups it seems like the number one topic that pops up all the time is where to go for the best places to eat, and when the topic of Caesar salad popped up, I was interested in seeing where the best one can be found in Tyler.

Most people don’t realize how differently Caesar salads can be made—and some might prefer not to know.

The reason I bring this up is because I went to a restaurant and they asked if I wanted anchovies in my Caesar salad and I said no thank you, but that drastically changed the salad dressing and from now on I will go with the more traditional Caesar salad that comes with anchovies.
