More news is emerging about Van Halen's impending new album and tour.  According to the Van Halen News Desk website, "trusted industry sources" have revealed the first single from the record will be called "Tattoo."

The song will debut Tuesday, the same day tickets for the band's North American trek go on sale. Word has it Van Halen's tour will kick off in Louisville, Kentucky, possibly as early as next month.

As previously reported, Van Halen is expected to play a 45-minute set at a special press event tonight night at the small New York City club, Café Wha?  The famed venue used to be owned by singer David Lee Roth's uncle, Manny Roth.
