Smith County Officials, Carter Blood Care, The East Texas Food Bank, The City of Tyler present "Fill The Banks 2011" at Carter BloodCare: 815 South Baxter inTyler thruought the month of January. January is historically a difficult month for food and blood collection across the country. To make situations even worse, the supplies at both locations are depleted following the holiday needs. In an effort to boost supplies during this difficult time, the City of Tyler and Smith County officials are coming together to encourage community members to fill this need through Fill The Banks 2011.
