East Texan Takes ‘Super Fan’ to New Level With Bret Michaels

We knew Kaycee Kelm was super excited when we told her she was going to get to meet Bret Michaels at the Rock'n Valentine's Festival at The Oil Palace.

But we didn't know she'd be this excited.

Kaycee took full advantage of meeting one of her favorite singers backstage, not only getting Bret's autograph ... but also getting it in a way she'll never forget it.

Kaycee got Bret Michaels to sign her thigh when she met him backstage, and then she got the signature tattooed on her leg.

It was certainly an unforgettable night for all of us (check out our photo gallery right here), but it looks like Kaycee will have a way of remembering it more than we will.
