13-Year-Old Gets Dragon Tattoo Without Parents’ Permission
A Centrillia, Wash., 13-year-old got a dragon tattoo without mom and dad's permission. He said wanted to get it because he was a cancer survivor.
What he thought was a cool thing is now turning into a crazed event and is not what he wanted it to be. A parent of the kid's friend saw the tattoo and reported it. The police are now investigating the incident and looking for an explanation from the mother.
The mother said that her son thought she would be proud of the tattoo.
