Skillet have unveiled the official video for ‘Sick of It,’ the fist-pumping first single from their upcoming release ‘Rise,’ due out on June 25. The anthemic rocker perfectly complements the message behind their new disc, the story of a teen coming into their own and dealing with a world full of problems they have no control over.

Skillet are coming off one of the bigger albums of their career and are ready to take the next step with their latest effort, 'Rise.' The disc now carries a June 25 street date and the band has selected 'Sick of It' to be the lead single off the disc.

Skillet are coming off the most successful album of their career and if they fail to meet the bar set by the last disc it won't be through a lack of trying. Singer John Cooper tells Noisecreep that the band began the process for their next album with an overabundance of tracks.
