Things go wrong sometimes. This is planet Earth. That's just how it is. However, that doesn't mean the answer is to berate people who are just doing the best they can.

Look, sometimes things can just go wrong. But often it's the way people RESPOND in these situations that reveals the excellence of the staff. Kudos.

This morning, the owners of a popular cafeteria-style restaurant in Tyler, Texas announced that they plan to close their doors after 23 years.

While the show put lots of restaurants on the map, some spots didn't survive the pandemic or just closed their doors for whatever reason.

Locally owned with an incredible menu including the Italian dishes you always crave. Pizza, Lasagna, Tetrazzini, Shrimp Cognac and OMG the bread.

I was out and about running some errands today and I was driving nearby and it was nearing lunchtime. And so, I thought I'd give it a go.

Granted, I usually aim to order dishes a bit on the lighter side, since I myself tend to NOT be on the lighter side. But in this case, I make an exception.
