Turmoil and struggle, though dark and difficult while we walk through them, can lead to real change for the better. And that is something to celebrate, indeed.

Canadian Member of Parliament Graham Evans was caught on camera playing a little air-guitar in the House of Commons as Canada's Defense Secretary was presenting a speech on military cuts. Evans denies strumming on an imaginary axe, and instead claims he was  "just tapping" his fingers on a rolled up program.  Read on to judge for yourself.
