IHOP canceled National Pancake Day this week, but there's still a way to get a free short stack at East Texas restaurants.

This will be another great way to get the kids sugared up on Halloween. Pancakes! IHOP will have that free scary face pancake offer going again this Halloween, and there's only one thing the kids need to do to get it.

IHOP is doing it again. Free pancakes! They'll give us a free buttermilk short stack on National Pancake Day, which is coming up next week. And they just ask that we do one thing in return.

Kids can start planning their strategies now, and make a scary face pancake at IHOP Tuesday, using fruit, candy, and cookies. This will be fun. And FREE. Let the sugar loading begin!
