The 2,459th star added to the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Tuesday will bear the name of Simpsons creatorMatt Groening. During his acceptance speech, Groening noted that when the series premiered in 1989, one Fox executive had an issue with Lisa Simpson and complained, "No network TV show can possibly succeed that has an 8-year-old girl saying the word 'ennui.'"
