There's something about springtime that gives us a sense of hope--the return of light after months and months of darkness. And springtime in East Texas is truly magnificent.

So many of us are still feel disoriented as we seek to return to what (hopefully) a sense of normalcy and get back on track. It's okay to start over--again.

Nature reminds us that the light will return. We, too, will experience a revival of life--in nature, in our communities, and in ourselves.

Start by being present here and now. Show up for even the smallest moments of you life. That’s where you begin.
