Look: Semi-Trailer Stuck to Oklahoma Highway Sign

Someone please help me understand how in the world a semi-trailer ended up stuck on a highway sign. 

I’ve traveled all over the country and have seen a lot of weird stuff on the highway. But the incident in the video below takes the cake. 

Seriously, I don’t even know where to begin to speculate how that happened. Luckily, some of the folks commenting on the video have their own theories.

The most feasible would be the theory that the trailer either wasn’t lowered all the way or malfunctioned during the trip and the driver didn’t notice. If I weren’t betting money, it would be on that theory. 

There are some other theories such as the driver quickly swerving to make the exit, which certainly could have happened. But even if that were the case, the trailer would have had to have been elevated beforehand. 

We may never know what led to the trailer being stuck on that highway sign. But one thing I do know is that I’m glad I wasn’t the one driving that truck because I’ll bet a dollar to a donut that they’re looking for a job today.
