A bystander filming Dallas police making an arrest happened to catch a hit and run incident on video.

You talk about being in the right place at the right time. That’s one of the benefits of everyone breaking out their phones as soon as chaos breaks out. And Dallas is a hotbed of chaos.

From mass brawls to car wrecks and road rage, there’s rarely a dull moment in Big D. That’s why I choose to hang my hat out here in the sticks. I like dull moments.

However, I know plenty of people who live for chaos. You know, the type who absolutely loves the soap opera of life. For those folks, it doesn’t get much better than the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

In fact, there’s so much chaos that the police in the video below didn’t bat an eye when a car slammed into another car and then sped away. I guess they figured a bird in hand is worth two in the bush as the old saying goes.

So, if you’re ever tempted to commit a crime in front of the Dallas police, make sure they’re preoccupied.
