It’s true, Ryan Reynolds’ superhero movie has just been named one of the 10 best films of 2016 by the Producers Guild of America (via Variety). Many of us thought its Golden Globes nominations were just a result of the HFPA’s always wacky taste, but it seems the Deadpool virus has spread across the nation to multiple voting bodies, from the Writer’s Guild of America to the Producers.

Ben Affleck is frustrated. And who could blame him? Anyone who dons Batman’s iconic cape and mask is immediately the center of superhero fans’ attention, both positive and negative. But Affleck doesn’t just want to live in a Batman bubble and only be asked about Batman. (Valid, but what did you expect dude?)

Other highlights include ‘Zootopia,’ all four ‘Jaws’ movies, Season 1 of ‘Supergirl’, Season 6 of ‘The Walking Dead,’ and most exciting for Marvel fans, the series premiere of ‘Luke Cage.’ Cancel your plans, it’s going to be a good month to stay in.
