Would This Television Commercial From the 1980s Make it on TV in 2013? [POLL]

I ran across this old television commercial from the 80's on Youtube recently. It's for the Entertech water gun and I doubt very seriously that it would make it on television in 2013 - what do you think?

Check out this video and see if it would be allowed to play on television today. We've gotten so relaxed in some areas and our society allows so much more on television than it use to, but how would you react to this today?
