Twelve luthiers from Germany has recently finished building the world’s largest violin. It measures in at 4.28 meters tall and 1.45 meters wide and hails from Markneukirchen, a town that is already famous for their wood instrument craftsmanship.

Best of all? It can actually be played (though requires to grown men to navigate the bow over its strings). See it in action below.
