A lot of East Texan's will be celebrating the Mexican army's unlikely victory over the French forces at the Battle of Puebla back in 1862 by partying it up at a local Cinco de Mayo festival tomorrow! Revelers will celebrate with plenty of Mexican beer, tacos, enchiladas, margarita's and more! Seeing how its a pretty big event in East Texas, we'd like to know,

Just a little history, we often think of Cinco de Mayo as Mexico's Independence Day. We're wrong when we think that, because Mexico's independence day is celebrated on September 16th.
