Here lately I've noticed the days are getting a little longer, and soon there will be some light left for us to play outside with the kids! But as Spring and Summer approach, getting to enjoy the longer daylight means we've got to go through a little growing pain by losing an hour of sleep this weekend.

The Daylight Saving Time change is happening this weekend. Our clocks will need to be timed forward one hour at 2 a.m. on Sunday (March 8). Of course, it'll take a little time to get adjusted because the mornings will be darker (for a while), but we'll get more light in the afternoon and early evening hours!

If you've got analog clocks in your home or digital clocks by your bedside, you'll want to go ahead and advance those clocks an hour when you hit the bed Saturday night, or you could be an hour late waking up Sunday and missing church!
