A battery report was filed against Vince Neil Thursday night in Las Vegas after the Motley Crue singer allegedly got into an altercation with his ex-girlfriend.  According to TMZ, Vince’s ex was at a Hal Sparks show at the Las Vegas Hilton when the rocker reportedly stormed in and started screaming obscenities at her and her friends.  Security called police, who took a report but did not arrest Vince.  Sources say that Vince’s ex claims he got physical with her and one of her friends.  Read more at TMZ.com.
