See Tyler's Azalea District in a new light this Holiday season during the Azalea District 'Trail of Lights.' The area will sparkle and shine with life this Christmas.

You're invited to vote for your favorite as you tour the neighborhoods. Ride through the trail anytime, or take advantage of the open air shuttle the first three weekends in December.

“The Azalea District ‘Trail of Lights’ has seen a lot of growth over the past couple of years,” Susan Travis, Visit Tyler Vice President Tourism/Servicing said. “But this year it will be bigger and better than ever!”

Admission is $10 per person, children 5 and under are free. Catch the shuttle on West Dobbs Street near the Woman’s Building.Through December 14,  visitors can let someone else do the driving and ride through the district.

Download a map of the trail from the 'Azalea District Trail of Lights' facebook group, and participate in voting for the People's Choice Award. There you can also learn more about the 'Gift Box Hunt,' also taking place. Large gift box decorations have been placed at 6 homes. Find them all and turn in the form to be placed in a drawing for a prize.

This sounds like a great way to celebrate with the family this Christmas, and create a new tradition. For the best Christmas Light Displays in Texas, check out Texas Country Reporter's video below.
