Soundgarden ‘King Animal’ — Album Review [VIDEO]

The day has come and gone since the new album from Soundgarden, 'King Animal,' has been released. The truth lies in the fan of band if they struck the earlobe just right or fell short on the new album.

But now is the time for fans to speak. Do you think Soundgarden's latest release, "King Animal," is worth the listen? As a fan of Soundgarden myself, I have to say it wasn't what I thought it would be with all the new changes other bands are doing currently. By saying that, I was happy they kept the old sound along with a new feel on some of the songs like "Non Point Actor" and "Thousand Days Before."

I listened to the album and thought it had a great chemistry and a very tight sound. The band does seem older with a slower grind, but in my book an 8 out of 10. It did fall short for me on some tracks and I didn't bond to a couple, which is very important. But it's my opinion and that's why others like Rolling Stone have their ideas and you have a say also.

Now, I am not going to blather about this album like I'm an expert because I am so far away from that status. But I'm a fan of rock and Soundgarden just like you.
