Currently in the midst of touring the United Stages, Slash and his band have announced dates for another North American headlining leg beginning in July. Slash’s sophomore solo CD ‘Apocalyptic Love’ will be released May 22.

Slash Featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators, which includes Kennedy (vocals), Todd Kerns (bass) and Brent Fitz (drums) have been playing headlining shows along with festivals.

We caught Slash & Co. at this past weekend’s Carolina Rebellion Festival, and it was evident that the crowd was definitely into Slash’s solo material, but really went crazy when Guns N’ Roses songs such as ‘Sweet Child O’ Mine’ and ‘Paradise City’ were played.

Slash has several TV shows and appearances coming up. On Sunday, May 13, the concert special ‘Slash Featuring Myles Kennedy Live: Made In Stoke’ will premiere on HDNet.  During the concert, which was also released on DVD, the band performs songs from Guns N’ Roses, Velvet Revolver, Slash’s Snakepit and Slash’s first solo album.

On Saturday, May 19, the band will appear on ‘Guitar Center Sessions’ on DirecTV’s The Audience Network. The show combines interview segments with host Nic Harcourt and an acoustic set with new songs and classics.

The night before ‘Apocalyptic Love’ is released, Slash and company will appear on ‘Late Night With Jimmy Fallon’ to perform the single ‘You’re A Lie.’ They have a CD release show at Irving Plaza in New York on May 22.
