Research done in Brittan shows that six out of ten people report waking up in a bad mood at least two mornings a week. The biggest reason for these grumpy moods - a bad night's sleep, knowing you have a heavy workload when you get to the office. Other people said they woke up in a bad mood for no good reason - just because! If the above numbers are correct, this means we could each wake up over 6,000 mornings of our lives in a foul mood!

What can lift your spirits in the morning? The same research showed that a refreshing shower, coffee, and good weather can all help improve your mood. My question for you - what needs to happen to improve your attitude in the morning? Mine = morning sex! Duh!
