Should Tyler/Longview Ban Talking on Cell Phones While Driving? [POLL]

Unless you have just been living on the moon, you're probably aware that many places have already banned texting while driving. But now it looks like Chapel Hill, North Carolina is taking it a step further than everyone else.  The city is banning people from even using Bluetooth or any hands-free device while driving too. Basically, the city doesn't want you talking on the phone at all, while driving.  You can read more here.

Now some people seem to be for this and others think it's a step too far, so I gotta ask what you think.
