Looking for fresh and locally grown produce? Rose City Farmers Market could help you out with that at the opening of their new location in Downtown Tyler on April 7.

The market that you've grown to appreciate is moving to a new location between Front Street and Elm on South Broadway. The opening date is scheduled for Saturday, April 7.

A producer's only market, each person that you purchase from at the Rose City Market was grown buy the seller. This is a family and dog friendly environment, and you're welcome to browse.

Producers will offer a variety of wares. Look for herbs, produce, pastries, granola, wood oven breads, jams, pickles, cheese, artisans and locally roasted coffee.

I'm getting hungry just reading through this delicious list of offerings!

The opening event will also feature live music. Open from 8 am till noon, they are set to be in this location through November 17.

I'm excited to see the new location will be found in the heart of Tyler, Downtown next to the Unclaimed Furniture building.
