Last Sunday night I was channel-surfing & came across AXS-TV running a Ringo Starr concert from a couple years ago.  Of course I watched the whole thing!

Now he's revealed the All-Starr Band is hitting the road again for 19 dates, including stops in Austin, Houston and El Paso. You can find tickets here.

Ringo might be 76, but he obviously still enjoys the live show experience, 'cause we know he doesn't need to do it for the money!  Watching his concert on TV was actually a lot of fun, as the set list weaved from Beatles songs (the ones Ringo sang lead on) to titles his All-Starr Band members were known for, back to Ringo's solo catalog  (see video clip below for one of his biggest).

You'll be able to check it all out for yourself on October 30 in El Paso at Abraham Chavez Theatre, October 31st at Austin's Moody Theater, or in Houston November 2nd at Sugarland's Smart Civic Center.

For the 6th straight year, the All-Starr Band will include Todd Rundgren, Toto's Steve Lukather, Greg Rolie (Santana/Journey), & Richard Page (Mr. Mister).
