This is either just plain stupid, or some marijuana farmer has the hangers to do this. You usually don't find marijuana cultivators in urban downtown anywhere, well, because of all the people. But one guy had plants as tall as some of basketball players for the Chicago Bulls growing right in the middle of Chicago.

A police officer and county sheriff were in a helicopter when saw this field as they headed back to the police hangar only about three miles away.

Police said the crop, which had more than 1,000 cannabis plants and spread the size of two football fields, was worth $10 million and was ready to harvest. The growers had worked extra hard to make the fields unnoticed, as they were canopied by trees and other vegetation.

Absolutely bonkers, I say!
