The McRib is Back at McDonald’s
This time of year brings a change in temperatures, Halloween and the McRib.
I don't know what it is about this tangy slab of pork on a bun with pickles and onions that makes my mouth water but I have to have one or two or ten. With apologies to Stanley's Famous Pit BBQ, my favorite BBQ joint in East Texas, I must indulge this once a year addiction.
Funny thing is, with the exception of their breakfast menu, I don't like McDonalds. The Big Mac, Quarter Pounder or even the McNuggets do nothing for me.
But every fall, for the next month or so, I will visit and indulge in the goodness. Probably even use some of the BBQ sauce on my fries.
