Man Accuses Lindsay Lohan of Being a Prostitute

Actress Lindsay Lohan had a little surprise waiting for her when she arrived to a Los Angeles court yesterday. TMZ.com reports she was served with a lawsuit from a man who claims he communicated with her on Facebook and that she engaged in unfair business practices. Lindsay Lohan, dishonest? No way! Oh, and he also thinks she may be a prostitute, too.

The plaintiff is Thomas A. Green, a self-described former U.S. Marine who most recently lived in a homeless shelter, says Lohan misled him into thinking she would work with him on an internet business that he wanted to start.

The lawsuit also claims that the Herbie Fully Loaded star "might be a high-end prostitute." It's unclear why Green would make the allegation, but she certainly looks the part!

Green is seeking $300,000 from Lohan.

Lindsay was at the court for a progress hearing when she was hit with the lawsuit.
