Ready to experience classic films on the big screen in Downtown Tyler? Liberty Hall is here to help.

The following Thursday, Nov. 16 at 7 p.m., Liberty Hall will pay homage to Prince and his epic film Purple Rain. In this rock musical drama, a young musician, tormented by an abusive situation at home, must contend with a rival singer, a burgeoning romance and his own dissatisfied band as his star begins to rise.

Finally, on Nov. 30 at 7 p.m., ring in the holiday season with a special showing of Elf, sponsored by the UT Tyler Alumni Association, starring funnyman Will Ferrell. After accidentally wreaking havoc on the elf community due to his human size, a man raised as an elf is sent to the U.S. in search of his true identity.

This movie will follow the Downtown Tyler Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting. Parking is available at the Fair parking garage (entrance at College and Elm street).

Tickets are available online at LibertyTyler.com. Prices may vary. Doors open one hour before show times.
