Kirk Hammett Book Details

Since 1993, Metallica’s Kirk Hammett has been writing a column in Guitar World called The Sound & The Fury, in which he teaches some of his famous licks, riffs and techniques.  Now, a book combining all of the guitarist’s columns is coming out and it’ll be accompanied by a CD of demos played by former Grim Reaper axeman Nick Bowcott.  The set, called The Sound and The Fury, hits shelves on Wednesday and you can pre-order it now at MusicDispatch.com.
