Kevin Cronin, longtime lead man for REO Speedwagon, just refuses to give in to Father Time.

Kevin, who turned 64 on Tuesday (Oct. 6), has been throwing it around with REO Speedwagon since 1976. He first hooked up with original members Neal Doughty and Alan Gratzer in 1972 and then rejoined them in 1976 after a two-year layoff.

So many of us from the '80s rode the Speedwagon pretty hard with "personal" anthems like "Time For Me To Fly," "Roll With The Changes," and "Keep On Loving You."

Kevin has never lost the passion to perform and see us in front of the stage "mouthing the words of REO" throughout their shows and will continue to do so when their tour restarts in Huntington, N.Y., on Oct. 16.

Take a look and listen to KC at his best, nowadays anyway, with a rare acoustic version of "Ridin' The Storm Out," courtesy of The Artie Lang Show not long ago. Rock On KC, and we will "Keep On Loving You!"
