The Tennessee Titans announced Monday that Ken Whisenhunt will be the team's new head coach.

Whisenhunt, who was the San Diego Chargers offensive coordinator, comes to the Titans with his offensive genius that helped the Chargers become one of the most high-powered offenses in the league and revamped Phillip Rivers' career.

Whisenhunt spent six years previously coaching the Arizona Cardinals and led them to the 2009 Super Bowl, which they lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
