The Aurora, Colorado shooter's plea of insanity was accepted by the judge ruling over his case. This means Holmes will now go through  extensive psychoanalysis before his trial truly begins. What do you think about this decision?

It was reported earlier today that the accused mass shooter from Colorado's trial judge has in fact accepted his insanity plea. What does this mean for his case?

The Associated Press stated that, "Colorado law defines insanity as the inability to distinguish right from wrong caused by a diseased or defective mind." So, Holmes will be put under months of psych evaluations to determine if this what is happening with him.

If he is found by the jury to be innocent by reason of insanity for the murder of 12 peoples and the injury of 70 more, Holmes will spend the rest of his life in a state mental hospital.
