Region XIV basketball in East Texas is no joke. These junior college players often make their way to big-time colleges and even the NBA (i.e. Nick Van Exel, Jimmy Butler, Shawn Kemp and more).

Last night (Wednesday, Dec. 6) at Tyler Junior College, Daniel Skinner of Jacksonville College made a dunk that even made ESPN's SportsCenter.

Skinner didn't need something ridiculous like a dunk competition to slam it home from the foul line; he decided to do it in a game.

The party pooper in the video is the referee, who called Skinner for a charging foul and the basket didn't count. So, consider this the greatest dunk that never mattered.
