Frances Bean Cobain, daughter of famed rock musicians Courtney Love of Hole and the late Kurt Cobain of Nirvana, has filed for divorce from her husband, Isaiah Silva, after only 21 months of marriage.

According to PEOPLE, the 23-year-old is citing irreconcilable differences and asks in the filing that all of her premarital assets be awarded to her as a separate entity. Cobain's assets include her late father's estate, which is currently valued at $450 million. It is so far unknown whether Cobain and Silva have a current prenuptial agreement.

The low-profile couple, who have been in a relationship for the past five years, wed on June 29, 2014 in a private, secret ceremony. Cobain's mother, Love, was noticeably missing from the wedding, and it was later reported that the bride had not told Love about the marriage until after the nuptials.

In September 2015, Love, who has had a publicly tumultuous relationship with her daughter over the years, seemed to cryptically allude to the wedding in a since-deleted Instagram post, saying, "If you think I'm sorry for being a no-show at any important events this week, think again." The post was in response to various media reports that Cobain and Silva had wed that month, information which is contradicted by the couple's court documents.

It's been reported that Cobain is allegedly open to the idea of paying Silva, who fronts a rock band called The Eeries and bears a slight resemblance to Cobain's late father, spousal support.
