There a plenty of talented people in this world. The members of the Red Hot Chili Peppers are some, the inventors of popcorn, and this guy are among the most talented of the talented. Watch as this guy absolutely rocks this RHCP cover without hands. 

To say some one is handicapped is, in a way, to say that they would have a harder time than a "normal" person at completing some tasks. This guy, having lost his hands, proves that he can do more things and better than the "average" person.
