Mike Ditka was an iron man in the NFL and was one the toughest guys to play and as a coach.

In a recent interview, Ditka criticized the NFL for the decision to have Super Bowl in the New York area.

"The weather will be terrible at an outdoor stadium .It will not be enjoyable to players or fans." Ditka said. "Due to weather conditions, it will take away from players showing their true talent."

After a blizzard that just hit the Tri-State area, the kickoff temperature is expected to be a high of 39 degrees, with 20 percent precipitation. Ditka thinks it was STUPID on the NFL to have the game in such a bad weather stricken area.

Super Bowl XLVIII is Sunday at Met-Life Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.
