Living legend Dave Grohl joined other living legend Paul McCartney on stage at the latter's concert in London last night (May 24) and the two performed the Beatles' 1963 classic "I Saw Her Standing There." Check out video of the performance below:

The Grohl cameo probably wasn't even the most notable aspect of last night's gig: McCartney performed "Temporary Secretary," which was released on the 1980 album McCartney II and has never been played live, despite being released 35 years ago. And good news! There is video of that as well:

Grohl joining McCartney on stage is also somewhat of a mini reunion for Sound City, the Grohl-directed documentary that details the history of Los Angeles recording studio Sound City Studios. McCartney appeared in the film and wrote and performed the track "Cut Me Some Slack" along with Grohl, Nirvana bassist Krist Novoselic and Foo Fighters/Nirvana guitarist Pat Smear.

McCartney's tour is scheduled to continue through to July, and upcoming dates can be found at his website.
