Darrelle Revis had two interceptions, including one he returned 100 yards for a touchdown, to lead the New York Jets past the Miami Dolphins, 24-6, on ‘Monday Night Football.’

Quarterback Mark Sanchez, who threw for one score and ran for another to lead the Jets offense, finished with 201 yards passing, highlighted by a 38-yard touchdown toss to Santonio Holmes with 11:50 left in the fourth quarter to seal the home victory for New York (3-3).

The Dolphins (0-5) led 3-0 in the first quarter and were threatening to add to the lead, when Revis stepped in front of a Matt Moore pass to Brandon Marshall at the Jets goal line and returned it for a touchdown to swing the momentum to the Jets.

Moore, starting for Miami in place of the injured Chad Henne, was sacked four times while throwing for 204 passing yards and the two interceptions.

Several of Moore’s passes were dropped by Dolphins receivers during the game, including a sure touchdown that went right through Marshall’s hands which would have given Miami the lead in the second quarter. Instead, the Dolphins settled for a 21-yard field goal from Dan Carpenter to pull to within 7-6. Sanchez scored on a 5-yard run just before halftime to extend the New York lead to 14-6.

The Jets’ Shonn Greene led all rushers with 74 yards, while Reggie Bush had 71 for the Dolphins. Marshall had six catches for 109 receiving yards for Miami, but the passes he didn’t catch helped keep the Dolphins winless on the season.
