Congratulations to Our Finalists in the 96X + Open Minds Hottest Bartender in East Texas Contest

The votes poured in all week in a tightly contested race as we look to name the Hottest Bartenders in East Texas. After a week of voting, we've got our top five ladies and top five guys as our finalists in the 96X + Open Minds Hottest Bartender in East Texas contest.

More than 6,000 total votes were tallied in the race as we got to our final 10.

Congratulations to our finalists in the ladies' division: Jessica from Clicks Live in Tyler; Afton from Graham Central Station in Longview; Emily from Neon Country in Jacksonville; Brittini from Friday's in Tyler; and Gina from XLN on Fifth in Tyler.

And congrats to our five guys: Marc from XLN on Fifth in Tyler; Mitch from Sports Zone in Tyler; Dan from Outlaws in Tyler; Tyler from Friday's in Tyler; and Adam from Half Moon Grill & Saloon in Gresham.

We'll be spending this week taking professional pictures of all of our finalists, and we'll open the voting to name our champs on Sunday. Votes will be taken to decide the big winners through 11:59 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14.

Both winners (one guy and one lovely lady) will be posted on the site the morning of Friday, Feb. 15. Each winner will receive $300 in cash, $300 to spend at Open Minds and, of course, own the title as the Hottest Bartender in East Texas.
