TMZ is reporting that Shirley Wygal, the mother of one of the victims of the Aurora, Colo., movie shootings is suing Century 16 Theater. Now one of the survivors of the shooting is apparently planning to sue Warner Bros. and even the doctor of accused shooter James Holmes.

My question is: Who should be held responsible? The movie theater for not having enough security available -- especially for a movie premiere as big as this one? The movie company, Warner Bros.? Holmes' doctors? Or, no one?

I think it's a little too early to tell any of this. Holmes hasn't even been convicted yet, so how can you go after his doctor? While I agree, someone should probably be held, at least partially, responsible for this horrific act -- what do you think?
