2003 Music Cage Match: Cold vs. Smile Empty Soul [VIDEO + POLL]

The Cage Match is riding the hits from 2003 in rock. There will be songs from 10 years ago in 2003. So we started with Cold and The White Stripes and Cold pulled off the win with 66% of the votes.Now we add Smile Empty Soul to the fight.Cold is the new champ with their song "Stupid Girl" off of their Year of the Spider Album. A top rock song of the year on the 2003 Tunecaster.

Smile Empty Soul jumps in this week with "Bottom of a Bottle" off their self titled album in 2003. This album did great things for the band coming in at 94 on the top albums Billboard chart but seemed to not spur any other greats. And they are still around but get no radio love.
