The owner of a locksmith shop in Allentown, PA. has taken it upon himself to keep people from urinating on the wall outside of his business.

For whatever reason, the wall in the alley outside of the locksmith shop looks like a very inviting place for random people to stop and urinate. From the video it's obvious that it happens quite often and it's not just men - women are equally as offensive!
