Bret Michaels Feeling Great

Bret Michaels may be recovering from heart surgery, but the Poison singer has no plans to slow down.  He kicks off a tour with Motley Crue and the New York Dolls this summer and he’s also releasing a new solo album and touring on his own in May, putting out a Poison compilation, hosting a cruise in November and working on his autobiography.  The rocker told Billboard, “I feel absolutely great man.” As for his new solo record, Get Your Rock On, he promises it will be rock mixed with some “Americana and contemporary country.” Read more at Billboard.com.

During his solo tour in May, Kevin Costner’s band, Modern West will open some shows.

Bret is also planning to release a vocal warm-up CD for aspiring singers.
