ZZ Top front man Billy Gibbons has had to postpone to launch of his solo tour. The series of dates in support of his forthcoming solo album Perfectamundo, will now be pushed back to late November.

Billy's new album was recorded in Austin, Houston, L.A. and Pontevedra, Spain. The lineup on the record includes Martin Guigui on piano and B3, B3 player Mike Flanigan, vocalist/bassist Alex Garza and drummer Greg Morrow, with co-producer Joe Hardy offering additional guitar, keys, bass and vocals, and Gary Moon also supplying additional guitar

While this is strictly a solo venture for Billy, rest assured ZZ Top fans, the band is still very much together. They're just taking a well-deserved break. Their most recent album was 2012's La Futura.

Check out a couple of cuts from Perfectamundo now!
