Are Your McDonald’s Cheese Sticks Missing the Cheese?

Thanks to social media, we are able to discover that others are facing the exact same hardships that we are.  If your McDonald's mozzarella sticks are missing a key ingredient, you're not alone!

The mozzarella sticks are part of the new "McPick 2" menu, which lets you pick two menu options for two bucks.  So basically, the cheese sticks are a dollar, and you get three of them.

Sometimes without cheese apparently!

Social media has been all ablaze this week about the missing mozz from the mozz sticks, and tons of pictures have been posted showing nothing but the hollowed out breading.

I have so many questions!  Did they just forget the cheese?  Is the oil to hot and it allows all the cheese to leak out?  Did they fry the sticks too long? These are essential parts of the investigation I'm sure.

How are the cheese sticks in East Texas?  If you find some hollow ones in Tyler or Longview, let us know!

McDonald's just issued a statement saying, "we believe the cheese melted out during the baking process in our kitchens and shouldn't have been served. We apologize to any customers who may have been affected. We are working to fix this in our restaurants."
