Back in 2010, AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd pleaded guilty and paid a fine for a possession of marijuana charge in New Zealand. Now, he’s gotten it wiped from his record. According to the New Zealand Herald, a court squashed the conviction because it would have stopped Phil from being able to tour with the band. The New Zealand judge agreed with Rudd’s attorney that the consequences of the conviction far outweighed the gravity of the crime.
